2024 Plans- is it too late for revolutions?

I've been working on some plans for 2024, for some things I'd like to change about my current process. 

1. First of all, I will not be adding new RTS tags any time soon. For now I have switched over to making one sample tag and list it on the website at a discount. You can still pick the crystal colors and add your personal info to the back, and then your tag will be the listing photo for a new Ditto Design. I hope to be doing a good bit of these, because item number two on my list is...
2. To add lots of new Ditto Designs to the website. I'll be retiring some as I go, as well. 
3. Stickers will be getting a makeover too. I'm transitioning over to printing most all stickers in house. This means there are some changes in what is an appropriate way to use a TPC sticker. The main one is that they will no longer be appropriate for use on car windows, or any prolonged outdoor exposure. They will also not be dishwasher safe. They're still great for laptops, notebooks, binders, journals, phone or tablet cases, mirrors, etc. And best of all, no more worrying about order minimums, plus I can do multiple sizes of the same design. So much of a win for all of us!
4. To counter taking away the option to put stickers on cars, I'm adding car window decals! Because that will be SUCH a massive undertaking to list them all, the plan is to go for one generic size, at least on the listing. You're always welcome to message me for a quote on a custom sized decal though! It will take me some time to get through all of those and get them on the website, but if you'd like to order one before they're done, just contact me with the size you want, and which sticker or shirt design you'd like it to be to get a price quote. 
5. I am planning to do a massive overhaul on the site this year, to add some more categories and generally make things easier to find. That one is gonna be awhile though, because that's a lot of stuff to rebuild. And I suck at making these decisions. 

I'm really looking forward to making these changes this year! Actually, that's a lie. I'm not looking forward to changing everything, but I'm really looking forward to having it done!
