This large size aluminum tag features paradise shine, fern, chrysolite, and peridot crystals and Cocktail and Grateful fonts. This was originally meant to be a keychain and blank on the back, but my memory is crap and I forgot my plan, so I guess if your keys are microchipped, it's perfect!
The back is stamped with "microchipped", and it's sold AS IS- no changes will be made, including adding phone numbers, names, or changing crystal colors.
