Our Policies

We do not recommend crystal tags for heavy or rough use. 

By purchasing from TPC, you assume the responsibility of using these products and determining their suitability for your individual needs. 

Repairs

Some things that are covered include:

  • broken or missing crystals
  • faded or chipped paint
  • return shipping within the USA

Tags that have been chewed or left on while unsupervised (ex. in the crate, during play) are not eligible for complimentary repair.  If you have something that looks to be a major repair, please reach out and I’ll see what can be done.

Refunds and Returns

All TPC orders are final sale. We can not accept returns or offer replacements on custom orders due to order/customer error. Please make sure your order form is correct before submitting. If you receive your tag and find an error on my part, please do reach out and we can get it rectified as soon as possible.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Once I have started on your order, it is no longer eligible for changes or cancellation. I can only accept minor change requests such as crystal or metal colors. Anything major will be refunded and your order will need to be placed for the correct item.

Shipping

All tags are packed in a foil bubble mailer, and shipped via USPS first class with tracking or USPS priority. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do offer insurance on USPS priority packages- if your order total exceeds the insurance options, please contact me. I'm happy to invoice you the difference so your package can be fully insured. Once your order ships, we are no longer responsible for it. No replacements will be sent for late, lost, or stolen packages. Please make sure your address is correct. 

International packages are sent via USPS first class international package.

Packages are shipped accurately by weight and dimension. The buyer is responsible for any fees or duties that may apply to international orders. Please contact your local customs agency with any questions regarding international shipping. We do not mark international packages undervalued or as gifts.
